Parks Motors & Chrysler Financial Donate 2nd Truck to Nature Conservancy Org.
In
May, 2008, Parks Motors and Chrysler Financial donated a 2-yr. lease on
a new 2008 Dodge Ram quad cab/4-wheel drive truck to the Kansas
chapter of the Nature Conservancy organization. (The first one was
donated in 2006 to the Kansas Chapter's Flint Hills Initiative
Program). The truck will be used for the Conservancy's avian
monitoring program, which records and monitors bird species all over
the state.
"I
believe the Nature Conservancy is one of the most effective
conservation organizations to give resources to protect our
environment. Their commitment to conservation and building
partnerships shows that people working together can protect regions
like the Flint Hills," said John Culver.
